Sound familiar?
You’ve done the research. You’ve tracked the symptoms. You’ve tried gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and every supplement the internet recommended. You’ve been to your doctor and she told you your labs are fine, maybe try the pill, or come back when you want to get pregnant.
Meanwhile you’re exhausted, your clothes don’t fit the way they used to, your mood shifts feel like a different person takes over every month, and you’re scrolling at 11pm trying to figure out why nothing has worked.
You don’t need another supplement list. You don’t need another restrictive diet. You need someone who will actually take the time to figure out what’s going on and then help you do something about it.
Hi, I’m Dr. Kate.
I’m a hormone-focused Naturopathic Doctor, and I’ve built my practice in the space between two extremes . The “test nothing, do nothing” culture of conventional medicine and the “test everything, do everything perfectly” culture of the wellness industry.
I use targeted lab work through LifeLabs not $500 functional panels. I prescribe 1–2 supplements when they’re helpful and not a cabinet full. I build treatment plans around how you actually eat, move, sleep, and manage stress. And when conventional options like HRT or medication are the best tool for the job, I recommend them without apology.
I also live with PCOS and PMDD, so I’m not just someone who studied this. I’ve been in it.

How I work is different.

A one-hour initial intake to hear your full story, your symptoms, your history — and targeted lab work to get real answers. Not the kitchen-sink approach. Not “your labs are fine.”
We start with understanding.
1
Nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management are the foundation — not supplements. Your plan is built for your real life, not a perfect week.
We build a plan that actually fits your life.
2
This isn’t a one-and-done appointment. Most patients see me 5 times in their first year — because the patients who have more touchpoints get better results.
We stay in it together.
