The Evolved Metabolic Method
A science-backed metabolic and hormonal health program for women who are tired of overtraining, overrestricting, and constantly starting over.
(Launching Fall 2026)
If you’ve been doing “all the right things” for your health; eating well, exercising, tracking, supplementing, trying to stay consistent, but still feel like your body is working against you, this is for you.
The Evolved Metabolic Method is a 12-week program designed to help women struggling with PCOS, perimenopause, insulin resistance, PMS/PMDD, burnout, or wellness fatigue rebuild the foundations their metabolism and hormones actually need.
This is not another weight loss challenge, extreme diet, or program about doing more...
It’s about learning how to build sustainable habits that help you feel stronger, more energized, more confident, and more at home in your body again.
This program may be a good fit if:

I'M DR. KATE
I'm a Naturopathic Doctor on a mission to help ambitious women with PCOS conquer their symptoms. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16- I was struggling with my body image, I was exhausted all the time, and my cycle was extremely irregular. I still remember the day I was sitting in the Doctor's office like it was yesterday, she told me I have PCOS- and I will likely never have children and I was too heavy and needed to lose- I was mortified. I felt like I had somehow caused my PCOS and I had no idea how I was supposed to follow her recommendations when I was already working out 6 days a week, skipping meals, and struggling to stay awake later than 7pm.
It wasn’t until I took my health into my own hands and learned how to best support my hormones with PCOS through proper nutrition, exercise, supplements, and lifestyle changes that I got my period back, achieved confidence in my body, and was able to harness the energy I knew I needed to go after my goals. The solution was never about being more strict or more will power, it was about learning to support my body instead of fighting against it.
I can't wait to connect with you about all things hormonal health and save you from all the trial and error I went through <3 - xo Dr. K
