A real plan.
A real partner. Results you can actually sustain.
You’re not looking for another supplement list or a protocol you’ll abandon in three weeks. You want someone who will take the time to understand what’s going on, build a plan specific to you, and stay in it with you until things actually change.

This is for you if...
-
You’ve been told your labs are “normal” while feeling anything but
-
You’re exhausted from trying every diet, supplement, and protocol the internet recommended — and none of it stuck
-
You were handed a birth control prescription as the only answer for your PCOS, PMS, or cycle symptoms
-
You feel like a different person the week before your period and no one has taken that seriously
-
You want a practitioner who uses real science, takes real time, and gives you a real plan — not a 5-minute appointment and a prescription
-
You’re ready to stop guessing and start working with someone who actually understands what you’re going through
My approach is built on three things most practitioners skip.
Targeted assessment — not the kitchen sink.
We start with understanding. A one-hour initial intake where I hear your full story — symptoms, history, lifestyle, goals. From there, I order targeted lab work through LifeLabs based on your specific symptom picture. Not $500 in functional panels “just in case.” Not “your labs look fine.” Labs that actually influence the direction of your care.

Foundations first — supplements are the cherry on top.
Your treatment plan is built on the daily foundations: how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress. That’s where the real change happens. Supplements get layered in strategically — typically 1–3, not 7+ — and conventional interventions like HRT, medication, or specialist referrals get integrated when they’re the best tool for the job.

Ongoing support — not a one-and-done.
No one gets it right the first time. Creating long-term change takes trial and error, troubleshooting, and someone in your corner helping you work through the barriers. That’s why my care model is built on repeat visits — because the patients who have more touchpoints get better faster. This isn’t about me telling you what to do once and sending you off. It’s about us working through it together.

Visit 1 — The Assessment + Hormonal Deep Dive (60 min)
We talk about everything — your symptoms, your history, your lifestyle, your goals. I want to understand the full picture. From there, we order targeted lab work so we’re not guessing. You’ll leave with initial action steps and a clear sense of what we’re investigating.
Visit 2 — Results + Your Treatment Plan (~4 weeks later)
We review your labs together, clarify your diagnosis, and build your treatment plan. You’ll understand what’s happening in your body and exactly what we’re doing about it. We decide together where to start so the plan feels realistic and exciting — not overwhelming.
Visit 3 — Troubleshoot + Adjust (~6 weeks later)
How is the plan working? What’s getting in the way? This visit is for working through roadblocks, adjusting what needs adjusting, and ordering 3-month reassessment labs so we can track your progress.
Visit 4 — Reassess + Layer (~6 weeks later)
We review your reassessment labs to see what’s working. Then we layer on next steps — building on what’s already moving the needle for you.
Visit 5/6 — Refine + Maintenance (~6–12 weeks later)
We tweak the plan, create a maintenance protocol, and transition you to check-ins every 6 months. By this point, most patients feel their original concerns are well managed and they have a sustainable plan they can carry forward.
The patients who see the best results typically complete 5 visits in their first year. Here’s what that looks like:
What it looks like to work together.
Have PCOS? There’s something extra for you.
When we work 1:1 together, women with PCOS also get access to the PCOS Confidence Code. My step-by-step program with science-backed nutrition strategies, habit stacking tools, and ongoing accountability designed specifically for PCOS. It’s included at no additional cost as part of your comprehensive care plan.

The Investment
Initial consultations are 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes. Naturopathic visits are covered by most extended health insurance plans. You can also claim visits through your HSA.
I recommend booking your first two visits 3–4 weeks apart, as my schedule often fills 6–8 weeks in advance. This helps ensure timely follow-up between your assessment and your results review.
Questions before you book.
